- Equifax U.S. Application for Service ↗ — company, ownership and permissible-purpose details.
- CPE Service Agreement ↗ — your agreement with Credit Pull Engine.
- Equifax Services Exhibit ↗ — services requested and state certifications.
Have these to hand
- Business license or registration number
- Federal Tax ID (only if you need IRS Tax Transcript or Social Security Verification services)
- Principal's details — must be an owner, founder, CEO or senior representative
- A recredentialing contact familiar with your use of Equifax services
